TERMS AND CONDITIONS WORKSHOPS
How lovely that you’re signing up for a workshop! ✨
Your spot is confirmed once we have received your payment. Once we have processed your registration, we’ll send you an email with all the practical information you need to prepare for the workshop.
Please make sure you arrive at the correct date, time and location — we look forward to seeing you there!
Booking outside our online shop?
In that case, we ask you to complete your payment within 7 days of making your reservation, and no later than 2 days before the workshop. This ensures that your spot is secured.
Cancelling a Workshop
Of course, sometimes things come up and you may no longer be able to attend. You’re always welcome to cancel, with or without giving a reason. However, we have the following cancellation policy in place to give us a chance to fill your spot.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 21 days before the workshop: You can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
- Between 21 and 10 days before the workshop: You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Within 10 days of the workshop: Unfortunately, refunds are no longer possible. However, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place — just let us know in advance who will be attending.
Please note that the amount paid cannot be exchanged for products or a gift voucher from our online shop.
Cancellation by Us
Occasionally, a workshop may need to be cancelled, for example, due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll receive a full refund, or we’ll work together to arrange a new date.
Liability
Participation in the workshop is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury that may occur during the workshop.
Photos & Media
During the workshop, we may occasionally take photos or videos for use on social media or our website. If you’d prefer not to be recognisable in any photos or videos, please feel free to let us know in advance.
