Workshop Terms

Your registration for a workshop is only confirmed after payment. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after booking the workshop. Once we have processed your booking, you will receive a second (and final) email confirming your booking along with important details to help you prepare for the workshop. It is your own responsibility to be present at the scheduled date and time at the location.

Cancelling a Workshop

You may cancel a workshop with or without providing a reason. However, certain conditions apply so that we may still have sufficient time to fill your spot. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, we do not make exceptions when cancelling a workshop.

Cancellation Policy

– Up to 21 days before the workshop start date:
Cancellation is free of charge. The full amount will be refunded.
– Between 21 and 10 days before the workshop start date:
 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
– Within 10 days before the workshop start date:
No refund is possible. However, you may send a replacement participant. Please provide the name of the replacement in advance.

The amount paid for the workshop cannot be exchanged for products or vouchers from the webshop.

Cancellation by the Organizer

If there are insufficient participants or due to force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to participants or a new date may be arranged in consultation.

Liability

Participation in the workshop is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during the workshop.

Photos & Media

During the workshop, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not want to be recognizable in the images.
