DELIVERY & RETURNS
To avoid any unnecessary over-production, we only produce on order. This means we will start to make your garment as soon as we receive the payment.
It will take approximately 5-10 work days to produce your garment. Orders are shipped within 10 days unless you order something from the limited editions section of the shop. This will take 1-3 work days.
In case the production time is longer it will be mentioned in the description of the product.
We operate from Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
Please note that Elsien Gringhuis does not take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
During 7 working days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items.
A return must be applied following the return procedure, otherwise the refund can be delayed. The articles must be delivered at the Klarendalsweweg 182, 6822 GJ, Arnhem within 7 days after the request. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if all labels are attached and intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. After 7 working days Elsien Gringhuis assumes that the customer has accepted the order.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
Elsien Gringhuis is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will be made within 30-day period following delivery.
Items can only be returned to Klarendalsweweg 182, 6822 GJ, Arnhem (Netherlands).
Customised orders or samples bought during sample and/or stocksales are not returnable.
